47% OF PATIENTS DID NOT GET THROUGH OK

78% OF CALLS WERE IN THE MORNING

39% WAITED OVER 2O MINUTES IN THE QUEUE

45% OF CALLS CUT OFF DURING TELEPHONE CALL

29% OF PATIENTS GOT THROUGH WITHOUT BEING PUT IN THE QUEUE

69% patients got through ok – better than June 2014

31% patients did not get through to practice ok

OF THOSE THAT DID NOT GET THROUGH

73% of calls were in the morning

79% of those were cut off

64% waited less than 20 mins before being cut off
